My recent stay was an absolute dream! the location was ideal, within walking distance of all the sights. the stunning views were breathtaking and made for a truly peaceful and restful stay. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was out of this world - I loved the afternoon tea and coffee with delicious cakes.

From start to finish, everything was perfect and made for an unforgettable trip.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Campos do Jordao. The awesome location made it easy for us to walk to the center of town and enjoy the beauty of nature. The hotel's facilities were well-kept and clean, and we appreciated having access to parking and transportation.

Location was good, quick walk to main square and shops. The views from the hotel were remote and calming, it was refreshing to get away. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty dishes and had a friendly team running it. The afternoon tea was a nice touch, and the outdoor seating area by the fire had a nice ambiance, especially with the complementary wine and cheese board.

The hotel was difficult to find, and when we arrived at check-in we were not given a proper introduction to the hotel's amenities. They could have taken a moment to map out the nearby area and explain the activities on offer.

This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. the luxurious amenities were impressive, such as the massage services that left me completely relaxed, the beautiful garden area that was perfect for enjoying the sunny weather, and the cozy and comfortable leisure room for spending time in. the room was exclusive and stylish with a private facility that made me feel like a VIP.

My only minor issue was the bar area which didn't provide as much luxury as the other areas. the service was good, but it lacked the attention to detail that was present everywhere else in the hotel.
